Landlord does not necessarily have to be mentioned on the termination form

A tenancy can be validly terminated by an external administration using a form even without clear indication of the landlord. If the landlord has contractually assigned the legal acts to the administration and the tenant is aware of this from the circumstances, the administration may terminate the property. The instruction of the rent payment to the administration is to be regarded as such a circumstance.
