As a general provider of professional services we advise our clients, who primarily include SMEs, international companies with local residency and private individuals, in a spirit of partnership on all financial and business matters.

We provide our clients with guidance and relevant information for taking commercial, financial, tax and business decisions, starting with the company formation to financial management and succession planning.

Our expertise and our excellent network with authorities, law firms and banking institutions are the basis for the optimal quality of our services.

Our history distinguishes us

Foundation of Buchhaltungs- und Revisions AG by Dr. Alfons Wissmann, Karl Ried and Rene Wehrli. Management: Hans Annen

Building up the company

The partners Hans Annen, Bruno Besmer, Urs Schnieper and later Markus Iten are able to steadily expand the customer base and allow the company to grow. By the end of the 1990s, the company had around 10 employees.

Next Generation

Michael Annen takes over the management. Start of generation change in the partnership. Move from Neugasse to larger and more modern office premises at Bundesstrasse 3 in Zug.

50 Year Anniversary

The big celebration on 31 October 2012 with around 400 guests from former and current customers, representatives of the authorities and business partners was a telling illustration of the successful networking and recognition of our company in Central Switzerland and our proximity to the canton of Zug. The team has now grown to around 25 people.

Heading into the future

A fresh start into the next 60 years. The brag brand has a good name and we will continue to strengthen it.
