FTA – Electronic VAT declaration and filing becomes standard

In the course of the year 2020 “VAT billing easy” will provide another option for simply declaring VAT online in addition to “ESTV SuisseTax”. Paper based declarations will in future only be sent upon written request.

With “VAT Billing easy” no individual account is required. It is also envisaged that the VAT declarations can either be submitted online or tax representatives can also print them and have them signed by the taxable person.
