The wages of adult children when calculating maintenance

The Federal Supreme Court has ruled that when calculating maintenance, it is at the discretion of the court how much an adult child has to contribute to their own maintenance. It rejects the usual practice of including the child’s earned income in full in the calculation of maintenance from the age of majority.
