Termination during the probationary period

During the probationary period, an employment contract can be terminated at any time by either party with seven days’ notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sometimes the notice period can be shorter, longer, or waived altogether.
It is important to note that the notice of termination must be received by the other party no later than the last day of the probationary period. In this case, the short notice period applies, even if it expires after the probationary period.
