Partial revision of VAT Law
The partial revision of the VAT Law with effect 1 January 2018 does not significantly impact the majority of domestic companies. In principle, however, competition-related disadvantages of Swiss companies shall be reduced, as well as a number of simplifications implemented. An overview of the changes can be found here:
