Loan agreements remain valid even in the event of death

If a party to the contract dies, the rights and obligations arising from the loan are automatically transferred to the heirs. The existing contract retains its agreed terms and conditions, in particular the repayment period. Early repayment is therefore not possible in principle, unless otherwise provided for in the contract.
