Employer’s information obligations: Upon termination of contract

At the end of the employment relationship, the employer is in particular obliged to inform the employee about insurance law aspects, regardless of which party terminated the employment relationship. Failure to comply with this obligation at the time of termination can cost the employer dearly in individual cases.
